Primary Bar and Restaurant Management Group, LLC is a hospitality operation owned and managed by a team of husband and wife, Executive Chef JC Digon, Esq., and Managing Partner, Cristina Orta-Digon.

We are the founders and designers of Table 14 Bar & Restaurant in Coconut Grove (Miami) located inside the Mutiny Hotel. Under our ownership/management Table 14 was revered by our patrons as the "hidden gem in Coconut Grove." The restaurant boasted a great atmosphere where we served chic and delicious dining experiences. We also managed all food and beverage needs for the hotel.

Currently, we offer restaurant management consulting services and private, chef-catered dining experiences that allow you to be a guest and enjoy your own event.

We can help you launch and develop your restaurant business or boutique, intimate bar, as well as your menu. This service includes providing compliance training and cost-cutting techniques, as well as assisting with distressed properties, along with full marketing, social media, and branding. As part of our at-home programs, we offer a mixology class that incorporates the perfect balance into your bar and personal cooking classes for you and an intimate group of friends.

Our pride and joy, we are the founders and designers of Table 14 Bar & Restaurant, it is revered by our patrons as the "hidden gem in Coconut Grove". The restaurant boasted a great atmosphere where our patrons enjoy a chic and quaint bar lounge indoors and a green paradise outdoors.

Table 14 is located in Coconut Grove (Miami) inside the main lobby, and by the pool, of The Mutiny Hotel. We also managed and we oversaw all of the hotel’s food & beverage operations including, banquet service for meetings, groups, and special events.

At Table 14 we have witnessed many “Yes, I do!” and other joyful celebrations because of our great food, service, and attention to detail.
